Chatauqua Hillside is a new custom home being designed for a site just below the Flatirons of Chatauqua Park in Boulder, CO. The home is a perfect blend of vernacular architectural forms and modern detailing. The site rests on on a steep hillside which allows both the indoor and outdoor spaces to work with the terrain to take advantage of the commanding views to both the mountains and the city skyline.

This work originated while employed with Sopher Sparn Architects where Sean served as the Project Architect and design lead.
